How fast will I get a response?
Within one business day, AEST/AEDT. For urgent issues during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm), phone and WhatsApp usually get the fastest response.

Something went wrong with a bank pricing run — what do I send you?
The request ID (visible at the top of the result card in Teams), the time you submitted, and a quick description of what looked off. Screenshots help, especially if the bank's portal showed something different from what we returned.
